RESTAVERO™ / PURCHASE TERMS
Terms & Conditions
A practical account of ordering, payment, delivery, product use, and the rights that continue after checkout.
Before checkout
Review the exact item and the total payable amount. Save the confirmation that describes your purchase.
After checkout
Order-specific commitments and mandatory rights remain relevant throughout fulfillment and after-sales support.
The seller & the purchase agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from restavero™, operated by Guizhou Huanshangcheng Trading Co., Ltd. They explain the commercial relationship between the seller and the customer. The product description, checkout disclosures, order confirmation, and relevant delivery and return information form part of the purchase information.
Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law take priority over conflicting terms. A written agreement concerning a specific order may provide additional benefits, but a general website update does not remove protections already attached to your purchase.
Selecting the right product
Check the item name, variant, size, quantity, included components, and power or connection requirements before paying. Lighting, sound, heated, wearable, support, and massage products may have different controls and restrictions. Features are model-specific; an image of a room arrangement does not mean that every object shown is supplied.
Personal comfort is subjective, and a sleep-related name is not a promise of a medical outcome. Consider the stated intended use and ask customer support about any unclear specification before ordering. We do not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Prices, currency & additional charges
The amount and currency displayed at checkout identify the proposed purchase price. Any delivery charge and taxes collected with the order should be shown before you complete payment. A card issuer or payment provider may impose its own conversion or international transaction fee, which is separate from our product price.
A promotional offer applies only within its disclosed conditions. If a material pricing error is discovered, we will explain the issue and offer a clear choice where appropriate; we will not debit an increased price without authorization.
Order submission, acceptance & stock
Submitting an order authorizes the payment process shown at checkout. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request; acceptance is communicated by a subsequent confirmation or dispatch notice. We may need to verify payment, address information, or inventory before fulfilling an order.
If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly return any amount collected for the unfulfilled purchase. A risk review will not be used to retain payment indefinitely. We may ask for limited verification, but not your account password, full card security credentials, or bank verification code.
Payment authorization & records
Use a payment method you are authorized to use and enter the billing details accurately. The options actually presented at checkout determine which methods are available for your purchase. A pending authorization may temporarily reduce available funds before a payment settles or the authorization is released.
Keep your order confirmation and payment reference for your records. If a payment appears duplicated, contact support with the amount, date, and relevant order number. Avoid placing repeated replacement orders until you know whether the first attempt succeeded.
Changes, cancellations & dispatch
Contact service@restavero.com promptly if you need to change an address, quantity, or item, or if you wish to cancel. We will check whether preparation or dispatch can still be stopped. A change is confirmed only when our team communicates that it has been applied.
Once a parcel is moving through a carrier network, a change or interception may not be possible. That operational limitation does not remove any statutory cancellation or return right. If we must cancel an unfulfilled item because it cannot be supplied, the corresponding payment will be refunded.
Delivery obligations & delays
Available destinations, delivery charges, and any stated timing are disclosed for the order. Processing, dispatch, and transit are separate stages. An estimate is not permission for us to ignore a stated shipment commitment. If a delay affects that commitment, we will explain the revised position and the options available to you.
For applicable U.S. orders without a stated shipment period, the default shipment rule is 30 days. Where required, we will obtain consent to a shipment delay or cancel and provide a prompt refund. We do not treat a carrier scan alone as a waiver of a non-delivery claim.
Returns, defects & remedies
Our voluntary change-of-mind return request period is 30 calendar days after receipt, subject to the condition and hygiene rules in our Return & Refund Policy. This voluntary benefit operates alongside legal rights for faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods. Those legal rights are not automatically limited to 30 days.
A return authorization identifies the appropriate receiving location and procedure. The business address is not automatically the returns address. Where a defect or seller error is established, the resolution and reasonable return costs will be addressed without applying a change-of-mind exclusion to defeat a mandatory remedy.
Product use, care & warranties
Use each item according to its supplied instructions, approved settings, care guidance, and intended audience. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modification may be treated differently from an original defect, subject to applicable law. A normal cleaning requirement does not by itself cancel every product right.
Any additional commercial warranty applies only when expressly offered for the particular item, with its own stated scope and duration. We do not imply a universal warranty period, medical certification, or compatibility guarantee across the entire collection. Statutory quality and conformity rights remain available where applicable.
Resolving concerns & keeping records
Describe the issue, identify the order and item, and tell us what outcome you are requesting. Customer support may ask for proportionate information to understand delivery, condition, or payment records. Photographs can help, but an inability to provide a particular format does not automatically remove an otherwise valid claim.
We aim to explain our decision and the next step in understandable language. You retain any right to approach your payment provider, consumer authority, or competent court. No part of these conditions requires mandatory arbitration or a waiver of protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
