RESTAVERO™ / PAYMENT & SECURITY
A considered checkout. A clear record.
Understand the amount you authorize, the payment stages you may see, and how to ask for help with a transaction.
Amount
The item total, delivery charge, applicable taxes, and displayed currency define the amount proposed at checkout.
Authorization
The available payment option and any provider verification determine how the transaction is approved.
Confirmation
Keep the order message and payment reference so a question can be traced to the correct transaction.
PAYMENT NOTE 01
Available payment methods
Use the options actually displayed in the checkout for your order. Method availability may vary by country, device, currency, provider, or transaction. We do not promise that every card brand, digital wallet, or installment service will appear for every customer. Any provider-specific conditions are presented by the provider and should be reviewed before approval.
You should be authorized to use the selected payment method. Enter the billing name and address as required by the provider, and check the final amount before completing the transaction. If an option is not displayed, customer support cannot assume that it is supported for that checkout.
PAYMENT NOTE 02
Currency, taxes & bank charges
The checkout currency identifies the currency of the purchase. Your bank may convert that amount into your account currency using its own rate and may charge a separate foreign transaction fee. A currency conversion shown by a provider is distinct from a product discount or a delivery charge.
Taxes and delivery charges collected with the order are shown before payment. For cross-border orders, any import responsibility should be disclosed before purchase. We will not describe every transaction as tax-free or free of additional bank charges when those matters depend on your location and payment provider.
PAYMENT NOTE 03
Authorization, capture & pending entries
A payment can pass through authorization and settlement as separate stages. A pending entry may represent a temporary reservation of funds rather than a completed charge. If an authorization is not captured, release timing depends on the bank or provider. An order acknowledgment and a bank notification may also arrive at different times.
If you see a transaction but cannot find an order confirmation, check the email address used at checkout and your spam folder, then ask us to review the record. Send the transaction date, amount, and limited payment reference. Do not send your full card number or card security code.
PAYMENT NOTE 04
Declines & additional verification
A provider may decline a payment because of address mismatch, available funds, account controls, regional restrictions, or its risk checks. We may not receive the provider's exact reason. Contact the issuing provider when authentication fails, and verify that the billing details and amount match the transaction you intend to authorize.
Avoid repeated rapid attempts or multiple replacement orders while the first attempt remains unclear. Where an order needs verification, we will request only information proportionate to that purpose. We do not ask for your bank password, full card security credentials, or one-time authentication code by email or telephone.
PAYMENT NOTE 05
Duplicate charges & unfamiliar transactions
If two completed charges appear for one purchase, contact support with the order number and the dates and amounts shown. We will distinguish a pending authorization from a settled duplicate and explain the result. Confirmed duplicate collections are addressed through the appropriate refund process.
For an unfamiliar transaction, also notify your bank or provider promptly so it can protect the account and explain any dispute deadlines. A customer support investigation does not suspend the provider's time limits. You may exercise a legitimate payment dispute right without giving up other applicable consumer remedies.
PAYMENT NOTE 06
Refunds & provider posting time
Approved refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days, unless a shorter legal period applies. Bank posting is a separate stage and may vary with the provider. A refund amount is based on the applicable remedy, returned items, lawful delivery adjustments, and the currency of the original transaction.
If the original payment account has closed, tell us without sharing replacement banking credentials in an ordinary message. We will coordinate a suitable process where available. A separate refund fee or forced store credit will not be used to reduce an amount that applicable law requires us to return.
Protecting your transaction
Check the address bar before entering payment information and use a device you trust. The payment provider may conduct its own authentication in the checkout flow. Keep order confirmations for your records, avoid sending payment credentials in support messages, and report unusual communications. No website or payment process can promise zero risk, and we do not claim a security certification or insurance benefit that has not been expressly identified.
What support needs
For a payment question, provide your order number, checkout email, transaction date, amount, currency, and a concise description of what appears on the account. A redacted screenshot can help when needed; hide account balances and unrelated purchases. Our team will use the information to locate the issue and explain the next action. Customer service hours do not guarantee that your bank or payment provider can resolve its part of a transaction immediately.
